THEMATIC SESSION LEADER

Registrations up to March 31-2011;

Acceptance notification of Thematic Sessions up to May 06-2011;

TS is a Thematic Session involving the discussion of a designated topic. One hundred TSs with 12 presentations each will be accepted.

The TSs may have one or two leaders and both need to register and pay the registration fees after the acceptance notification.

To register as a TS leader, the participant must have PhD Degree (or higher) and present an abstract whose content clarifies which themes, objectives, sub-disciplines or research fields may include.

TS leaders will be in charge for:

a) proposing the TS: with title and an abstract (See INSTRUCTIONS ON PUBLICATIONS > ABSTRACTS) to be sent to the Organizing Committee up to March 31 together with registration;

b) publishing the TS, encouraging fellows and other researchers to register from April 19 when leaders will be receiving the acceptance notification;

c) paying the TS registration fee up to May 10-2011. If there are two leaders, both of them have to pay the registration fees;

d) evaluating the proposals registered, selecting 12 papers to be presented in the TS during XIII SILEL, publishing the final list of acceptance up to August 22-2011.

e) coordinating the speakers during the TSs.

The leader will be receiving a certificate and if he or she decides to present a paper in the TS under his or her coordination or yet in another TS, one more certificate will be issued. The leader(s) will not pay for an extra fee, only as TS Leader.

Only one registration will be accepted as TS Leader and only one registration as TS participant.
